4Bermuda Iced Coffee
Directions: Put a cup of coffee to which cream and sugar has been added in a blender. Add 1 or 2 scoops of Coffee ice cream. Blend. Serve in cold mug or glass.

Ingredients: Coffee, Cream, Sugar, Coffee ice cream
4Boston Cooler
Directions: Place ice in a large glass and add cold coffee until glass is 3/4 full. Add sugar or sweetener if desired. Finish filling glass with milk or cream.

Ingredients: Strong brewed coffee, chilled Ice
Sugar or sweetener, Milk or cream
4Coffee Jamaica - Cocktail
Prepare: 
5 cups hot black coffee,
60ml Tia Maria,
30ml white rum,
150ml thickened cream, lightly whipped,

Directions:
Put all Ingredients except cream into a saucepan and warm slowly, being careful not to boil the liquid. Warm six brandy glasses and pour the warmed liquid into each. Now add cream to each glass and serve.

Ingredients: Coffee, Tia Maria, White Rum, Whipping Cream

4Caffè all'Arancia - Cocktail
Prepare:
2 cups of boiling coffee,
1 tsp. ground orange peel,
4 shots of Cognac,
whipped cream to top.

Directions: Mix the coffee with the sugar, orange peel and Cognac. Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and a strip of peel.

Ingredients:  Coffee, Orange Peel, Cognac, Whipping Cream
- Serves 4
4Caffè Profumatissimo
Prepare:
4 cups of very strong coffee,
1T. sugar,
a few mint leaves,
whole cloves.

Directions: Prepare the coffee, add sugar and set aside. Pour cooled coffee into a carafe with ice cubes. Add a few cloves and several mint leaves.

Ingredients: Coffee, Sugar, Cloves, Mint Leaves
- Serves 4
4Caffè Imperiale - Cocktail
1 very strong cup of coffee,
4 egg yolks,
4T. sugar,
1 Cup milk,
3 shots brandy

Directions:  Beat the egg yolks well, stirring in the sugar and brandy. Add to heated milk and coffee. Serve in heated punch cups.

Ingredients: Coffee, Egg Yolks, Milk, Brandy

4Hot Kahlua Mocha - Cocktail
Prepare:
30ml Kahlua liqueur,
100gms plain chocolate,
1 cup hot black coffee,
90ml thickened, lightly whipped cream,
A few chocolate coated coffee beans,

Directions:  Slowly melt chocolate in a not too hot saucepan being careful not to burn it, and gradually add the coffee and liqueur as you gently heat. Pour the liquid into two warmed brandy balloons and spoon the cream on top. Decorate with chocolate coated coffee beans.

Ingredients: Kahlua Liquer, Plain Chocolate, Coffee, Whipping Cream, Coffee Beans

4Choca Mocha Shake
Prepare:
150ml milk
2/3rds cup chilled black, sweetened coffee
3 scoops coffee ice cream
3 scoops chocolate ice cream

Directions:
Combine all the Ingredients in a blender until creamy. Pour into 2 tall glasses and sip through fat straws. (Chocaholics might like to add a chocolate flake to each.)

4Coffee Cola Float
Prepare:
2 1/2  cups of chilled black, sweetened coffee
1Litre bottle of Coke
150ml light (unthickened) cream
4 scoops of vanilla (or coffee) ice cream

Directions:
Mix the cream into the coffee and half fill 4 tall glasses with it. Add a scoop of ice cream to each, and carefully top up with Coke.

Ingredients:  Coffee, Sweetner, Soda-Coke, Light Cream, Vanilla/or Coffee ice cream
- Serves 4
4Creamy Chocolate Coffee
Prepare:
2 cups hot chocolate (extra chocolate)
1 cup hot coffee
1/2 cup milk
2 T.powdered sugar
2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
Whipped cream

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients above in sauce pan.  Heat until bubbling.  Serve in mugs with whipped cream.

Ingredients: Hot Chocolate, Hot Coffee, Milk, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla/or Chocolate Ice Cream, Whipped Cream
4Autumn-Holiday Coffee
Prepare:
1 1/2 C. Water
4-7 Whole cloves
1/2 inch Cinnamon bark (whole cinnamon); broken
4-7 whole green cardamom; split the tips
13 tsp. Brown sugar (optional)
Whipped cream
Shaved Chocolate and cinnamon sprinkle
Coffee

Directions:
Brew a pot of your favorite coffee, a little too strong.

In a small pan, add water, cloves,  cinnamon bark broken up, whole cardamom -split the tips, and brown sugar. Heat up to boiling point for 3-4 minutes .

Mix the coffee and the spice-mix, pour into cups top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate and cinnamon.

This also makes a great drink with some Tia Maria or Mozart-liqueurs, for a more adult evening drink.

Ingredients: Whole Cloves, Cinnamon Bark, Whole Green Cardamom, Brown Sugar (Optional), Whipped Cream, Shaved Chocolate, Cinnamon Sprinkle, Coffee
4Moo-Mango Smoothie
Prepare:
1 package frozen mango chunks
1 C. cold spring water (any bottled water )
1 shot (1/4 C.) strong coffee
3 T. sugar
1 T.Lipton's Mango instant tea mix
1/4 C. cream
Handful of small ice cubes

Directions: 
In a blender, place 5 or 6 frozen chunks of mango in the bottom. Add the coffee. Then add the ice. Pour the water and cream in. Add the sugar, instant tea, and finally, the cream.

Blend until very smooth. You may have to stop the blender and mix it a bit to get it going well. Poor in a glass and add a straw. Enjoy!

4Bailey's -Craem de Cacao Coffee
3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee
1 oz. Bailey's Original Irish Cream
1 oz. Creme de Cacao
1 T. Frangelico

3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee
1 oz. chocolate syrup
1 oz. bing cherry syrup
1/2 oz. grand orange syrup
milk (can be added now or individually, later)

3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee.
1 oz. Tia Maria
1 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
Serve coffee, topped with whipped cream.

Add 1 T. of sugar
Pour 3 oz. of Bourbon on top.

3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee.

Brew and serve topped with whipped cream.

3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee.
1 oz. each of: Bailey's-cream, Frangelico
Serve, top with whipped cream
Garnish with cherry.

3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee.
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Mozart
Brew, serve topped with whipped cream.

3 T. of black tea
1 oz. Rum

4Swiss Coffee
3 oz. premium, dark roast, medium ground coffee.
1 oz. each of:  Kahlua, Amaretto, Tia Maria, Dark Cream de Cacao.
Serve, top with whipped cream.
